About Sounds of Kleio asbl
Promoting music and physical well-being in Rixensart
From musical gesture to bodily awareness
Founded in Rixensart in the heart of Walloon Brabant, the non-profit Sounds of Kleio was born from a simple conviction: artistic practice and physical well-being are inseparable.
Guided by a passion for music in all its forms (jazz, bossa nova, classical, pop/rock) and by teaching, my journey as a guitarist naturally led me to seek fluidity and the prevention of tension in musical playing. This quest led me to train in the F.M. Alexander Technique.
Today, the association brings together these two pillars to offer supportive guidance, whether to learn guitar with pleasure and consistency, or to relearn the "good use of oneself" in daily life, free from unnecessary tension.
